Great product but I was frustrated that the price was not clearly stated as USD I live in Canada and most often online shops will make it clear what currency the site is in or offer a conversion before checkout. It was quite the surprise on when the price was way higher due to the exchange rate. I'd have no problem paying for good quality products I just dont want to be surprised.

I've ordered a total of 5 times from ColourPop since February of this year. All my orders arrived in a timely fashion, and everything was packaged well and arrived in perfect condition without any damage. My first order apparently was a little delayed and they sent me a free item as an apology with my order so that was nice. The quality of the products I've ordered is excellent imo, the pigment of the colors is so good (I've ordered liquid lipsticks, regular matte+cream lipsticks & lip liners from them). I do think that they should use at least one layer of bubble wrap in their padded mailers though. The additional protection would be really good but I guess they think the mailers are fine enough. That being said, I rated them 4 stars out of 5 because their customer service is pretty hit or miss, and to me that's unacceptable. I'm not the first person to complain about CP's poor customer service in some regards and I know I won't be the last. Their CSR's have given me conflicting responses in the past, generic repetitive answers to my questions, or were just not helpful at all. I'd provide the relevant info in my initial email and then 2 or 3 emails later someone would be asking for the same info I already gave or they'd offer me a cancellation after I explicitly said I don't want/need to cancel. Sometimes it's like they don't even read what you write and they're just copy pasting some generic response because that's operating procedure or whatever. So yeah their customer service needs to be improved. I will say that for things like adjusting my shipping info on an order they were pretty quick and helpful, but other issues (which I won't go into detail about on here), left much to be desired. Also, take my advice and always pay through PayPal when ordering if you can. I haven't had the need for a refund on anything yet but CP generally does not do returns or replacements, and they don't offer refunds either, even if you're entitled to one should there end up being a problem with your order. Google is your friend. Check out reviews from other customers about issues re: refunds and make sure you're properly informed before you purchase. Fortunately, PayPal gives you the option of filing a claim on any transactions that go through them so atleast you have protection that way. Would I recommend CP despite that? Yes. Will I shop again? Yes. Is the product worth the price? Yes. But customer service is the kicker so just be aware of that and read the FAQ section of their website first to get familiar with their policies so you know how they operate and you know what to expect if you decide to purchase. Overall, I've never had a lost order or a missing/damaged item and my experience with them has been like 93% good.

They have great products better than some other expensive products. I really love all kind of lipstick they sell liquid lipstick stay all day if you don't eat greasy food. I love their eyeshadow stay for more than 8 hours blend easily a little bit chalky but not too much. I don't like the liquid concealer because it creases and don't stay. I try their new blending sponge they are really good even wet or dry. I try the products for the brown it stay all day. I also try the body sol glow it's not too oily and give your skin a soft glow really nice for the summer. Their mascara are bang! I'm in love with it. I definitely recommend colorpop. You won't regret it. ;)

I love colourpop! I just wish it didn't take two weeks delivery time. Im from NYC and this delivery was before the Covid-19 mess. Other than that all their products always work for me
