I though the free shipping code was already attached like from other sites. But it wasn’t and needed up buying it full price :\

I love color pop products, but sadly wasn’t able to use my 10% discount at checkout. There was no place to place the code.

Not sure if it’s the same on a computer but when ordering on a mobile device it’s difficult to find where to put the coupon code and you cannot enter a coupon code when using Apple Pay. Thinking there would be an option later to put a code I had to pay shipping instead of being able to enter the free ship code

Why are there not swatches on different skin tones or pics on models for ultra matte lip shades? It makes it hard to make a decision to buy.

The products are nice but the shipping took a while and my package was missing two of my items. I emailed them about it and they responded within 24 hours and let me know they were sending the replacement. However the replacements also took a while to ship and since my order was a gift for someone, I ended up having to give it to them without those two items.

My first order was sent to the wrong address and luckly my package was sent back to my door from my neighbor. Hopefully my second order won't have the same issues.

I love Colourpop products and make purchases frequently. The website can be annoying to use though, for example, I wasn’t able to use my coupon code, there was nowhere to enter it even though I checked multiple times. The customer service isn’t as good as it used to be, an eyeliner I ordered appeared to be used, the logo was faded and the eyeliner wasn’t pointed like my other ones, it was flat as if someone had used it. I wrote to the company on Instagram and sent pictures and got no response. I love Colourpop but it has become a bit of a pain/hassle to order.
