I've spent hundreds of dollars on colourpop. In a bigger order, I received an usable , dried out mascara. Customer service never responded. It has stopped me from placing other hundred dollar orders.

The palettes that I bought from the Animal Crossing New Horizon collab were very bad quality. They seemed more like play makeup for children.

It’s just disgusting how you don’t help your customers when they’re paying you for your overpriced products.

many of the colors are muddy. Some do not blend at all. Very disappointed. Would return but they do not accept returns. Will not buy from Colourpop again

Took over a month to get my full animal crossing kit. Emails every other day when I immediately respond is annoying, solve my problem and move on. Oh! And also they feel the need to use DHL, the worst shipping company in the existence of shipping companies.

I ordered some items and since they were from the animal crossing collection which was selling fast, I hit buy right away without checking my cart. I forgot to remove two items. I was unable to cancel once it was placed so I emailed the company asking to have them removed. If they would have responded within 48 business hours as it said on the site, my items may have been removed. 8 days later I got an email. Next day I received a package with a broken eyeshadow. That was replaced with no problems. I had high hopes with how some people rave about colourpop but I’ve been highly disappointed. Looks like some of the items are just going to be displayed and never used since they’re animal crossing and the other eye shadow and the eyeliner are the trash where they belongs.

I ordered a package to germany for my cousins birthday, she didnt get the package for an unexplained reason (I havent gotten a response from colourpop) and I didnt get a refuned. awful costumer service and deff not ordering ever again.

Never got my products and their customer service sucks
