Wanted the whole set which is sold out but all items are available separate?

Disappointing that everything is so bold- not everyone wants to STAND out. I fell in love with the In-Nude-Endo pallet and it’s no longer available.

I didn't like that I got charged a lot for shipping

I tried to use my coupon for 10% off my first purchase but... 1. It was difficult to locate where to input the promo code 2. The promo code should be located on the subtotal page 3. The promo code didn’t work! 4. If you want to edit your cart, you have to go all the way back to the beginning

I saw something that said free shipping on the website with use of a code, and I could not figure out how to get free shipping. Also, it said 10% off when you add your email, which I did but Icouldn't figure that out either. So I just paid. I like the products and the price but these two things were so annoying.

I had to check out on my laptop because there was nowhere for me to input a coupon code on the mobile site. Also I noticed some items weren’t listed under the categories on the site and I had to search for them manually. Specifically, I had to search to find Dr. M liquid matte lipstick, the Rainbow palette and the Colourpop x Halo Top Creamery collaboration sets. It seems once an item has its moment of fame, it’s hidden away in the search function and not readily available under the categories you’d expect to find them under. I also wish ALL the products had swatches available as only some of them do for some reason. Otherwise, the products are quality, competitively priced and there’s something there for everyone to enjoy.

Good quality, but colors seemed a little off than shown in the images. sparkly white had a green tint to it and some of the browns were oranger than anticipated. Would also prefer more options for redish browns. and neutral browns
