The website is beautiful and easy to explore, everything was fine except one thing, I subscribed to the newsletter to get a 10% off on my first purchase but it says It didn't apply with another promotion or something like that, so I tried to take different products, and get different total prices, but my "exclusive code" just never worked out. I tried not to get the price of free shipping, I tried not to pick sets and bundles, I tried not to choose products with offers and it never worked for me. So please don't let your good products be overshadowed by your fake promotions, I was really excited to make my first purchase with Colourpop but this was really disappointing, keep an eye on that.

It was frustrating to receive a promotion code for 10 percent off, but I can’t use it, if I want to have free shipping. 👎🏻 I feel like you should be able to stack those two promotions, specially since I was spending more than the amount you needed to get free shipping. I am excited to see what the makeup palettes are like.

I had to pay lots of customs, delivery was quick though

Website was not easy to navigate. Not easy to go back and forth. Could not determine if I added additional items if I could qualify for free shipping.

They gave me a discount code and when I tried to use it there was no option to add my discount code. I was very annoyed and just want to cancel my order.

I am a little annoyed with your system. I signed up for the newsletter and did not receive my 10% off code through email. I even signed up a second time using my second email. THEN! I signed up AGAIN using my moms email and still did NOT receive my email. It has been 3 days. And still nothing. Yes I checked my junk everyday. So I ended up paying full price. Very irritating

Shipping took over a week, which seemed a little bit long to me. Some of the colors were not as described or depicted on the website. One of my items was something I’d ordered from another source, so, of course, it was good and just as I expected it to be. The lipstick is fairly long lasting. The main thing I don’t like about this company is that I received an email telling me I could get 15% or so off my ENTIRE first order. When I made up my order, though, everything in it was excluded from that discount offer. When I contacted customer service, they acted like they couldn’t care less about that. I order online from a lot of companies — Most would slip an extra little gift into the box to compensate for not receiving any promised introductory discount. Not ColourPop! I doubt if I will order from this company again

Slow shipping sometimes. Also, I've purchased ALOT of stuff from them and sometimes their stuff has a really bad poop smell. It was a liquid lippie (point zero) and their good sport palette. I emailed them and they said because they have fast turnover, everything is fresh. That was all customer service did. This doesnt explain the smell of poop. However these items were older releases so they probably were off. I get the feeling they care more for new launches than old ones,
