I bought the Double Entendre palette and was extremely satisfied with the quality of the individual eyeshadows and their pigment. However, the packaging was not nearly as high quality as the makeup was and I wish that the palette had a mirror attached to the interior of it.

Love the palette I got, but I dropped it one of the eyeshadows popped out so be careful not to drop the palettes!

I really love their products. They are great quality, and they have fun product launches. They have great customer service. I had an issue where I accidentally placed two identical orders, and they were great about getting the duplicate order canceled! The only two areas I have ever had any issues were that some product launches sell out too quickly and that can be frustrating, and their shipping time can be lengthy. However, those are minor things and I would highly recommend them.

The palette is nice, I like most of the colours. The super shock eyeshadow came a little bit broken.

Had two separate orders in a span of just a few days and all but 1 product had no flaws and were beautiful, great quality products. An oil I ordered had a black thing in it? Not sure what it is and the packaging of the product was open/damaged, the label was really bubbly also. Items were organized well and I always get my packages very fast.
