The creme gel eyeliner vault I wanted very badly went out of stock in less than 15 minutes which made me very unhappy . It’s the holidays . They should’ve prepped backstock better and had the item for at least an hour to give people a good opportunity to get the item.

Love their products and their price point. They have a huge array of items, but they have way too many new releases in the last few months and that is beginning to make me question their quality. Also, their customer service is super hit or miss. Some times they're awesome, other times they are supremely unhelpful. On products alone, they're great - it's the other stuff that can be only okay.

Site works well. Don’t like that I have to click on the photo in order to get the price. Also not all items are up when stated. It’s 10:15am pst and BF bundles are not up. I live in the Philippines and had to stay up until 1am to order. So it’s frustrating having to stay up later until they come online

Products were okay. Except my stick foundation had hairs in it. Won’t be using it.

I love your products, but after searching your site for 20 minutes i could not find where to enter the discount code. I came here after i watched RawBeautyKristi and ThomasHalberts reviews on the Going Coconuts pallete and was dissapointed i could not use Thomas's discount code to support him. Please make this easier to find as the instructions say to enter it in the shipping area yet there was no place.

This isn’t a product review, but a website review. It wouldn’t let me use any discount code, even after I verified as as student... It was slow as molasses and one item sold out as I was checking out so I wasn’t able to purchase that item even though it said it was still in my cart. Bummed, but still got the Going Coconuts palette which is what I initially came for.
