I’ve ordered from colourpop a few times now and the first time it was awesome I got my package quick and everything was there and in perfect condition. Then the last time I ordered my order got lost which was extremely disappointing but I got my refund. Unfortunately since I’m from Canada I can only get 20 products so I can’t make my own palette. I just ordered from them again and hopefully everything goes smoothly

I wish that the "out of stock" option had shown up in my cart when I went to check out, but it did not let me know that one of the items I wanted had sold out until after I clicked the "purchase" option. That said, the checkout process was fine.

The shipping itself went over fast, even internationally. Everything I bought was just as drescribed and intact. I just wish that they could use smaller boxes for fewer items, it creates such unnecessary waste. Also, please please consider attaching the receipt with the value on the outside for customs offices! it would make things so much more easy...I always have to pick an order up from the customs office and it just takes double the time to be processed. Now that Colourpop is internationally significant, they could make it a little more convenient for their overseas customers.

Unfortunate that you cannot apply first time order discount or free shipping offer on sitewide sale. If this wasn't a gift, I would not have made this purchase.

Very good prices and products. I ordered from you in the past. I love your products BUT it is black week (black friday coming) and you don't have free international shipping. It's very difficult for us to pay 10$ shipping and taxes in our countries. I had order from you 3 years now because of that. I hope to give us free international shipping on Christmas.

Not all of Colourpop products load on the mobile app. Items stop loading after a few scrolls. This also makes it hard to find products that we may not know the names of.

I have loved Colourpop since I bought my first liquid lippie from them four years ago. The price point has stayed consistent, and with few exceptions, the quality has too. However, in an attempt to keep up with the fast fashion trends and rapid consumption, Colourpop has begun releasing new products so rapidly that it's impossible to keep track of it all. I understand that their target demographic is all about the next big thing and having it right now, but the shipping has become sloppy and haphazard as people wait two or even three weeks for shipping confirmation. Don't believe me? Take a look at their instagram comments. The inclusion of pressed glitter and coconut in almost every new product means I, and a fair number of consumers, can't purchase half of their new releases, if any. It's like navigating a minefield of allergens and eye irritants every time I open the site. The site itself is one flashing graphic after another, a nightmare for epileptics given the complete lack of warnings. Beyond that, the site is difficult to navigate as half of the products (like the barely acknowledged) lashes are impossible to find using the built in menu.
