I received a crushed eyeshadow two packages in a row from colourpop and colourpop has not responded to my requests for a refund or new eyeshadow. If you’re going to be a large company selling makeup for Disney, then act like it.

The customer service is some of the worst I've ever experienced. I received multiple damaged eyeshadow pallettes and put in a refund inquiry over a week ago and I still have not gotten a response. I am so disappointed as I love their products and was so excited for them but I am genuine when I say I will never order from them again, not worth this hassle.

I was so excited to buy a gift for my wife for here B'Day but I did not receive it yet and missed the occasion The order was placed on 22nd of Feb and shipped on 24th, till today I received nothing !!!! Many times sent you through Twitter and email and received nothing! If your customer support like this, I will never make it again. Thanks

The title is «Unboxing a Colour Pop Order - fail. #18426312» I didn't receive one eyeshadow palette (Bare Necessities), so, I’m asking for sending me the missed eyeshadow palette for free or refund. I am not ColourPop regular customer and do not live in the US, reimbursement in the form of promotional codes is not acceptable. Much time has passed, but I have not received a satisfactory answer.

Awful customer service, no returns or exchanges!! Took weeks for them to get back to me only to tell me that. MISSING ITEMS IN ORDER BEWARE!

Bad customer service.

BAD SERVICES + BAD DELIVERY, ordered 2/17 and didn't receive ANYTHING, today already 4/5. thank you for nothing.
