Overall pretty good! It did take awhile to get to me and sadly a few shadows in some of my palettes got a bit damaged, but just assuming that was because of shipping. Just a little disappointed though. But would recommend!

The products were amazing but the shipping was a problem

There's very little trust that I'm getting a great deal. Best product for the best price. Show me how your getting me a cut throat deal. Show me the comparison, not just quality! Show me quality, cost of production and profit margin. I want you to succeed as a company but don't drown me in your profits.

The colors were beautiful as always but my palette was damamged. The pans aren’t securely fitted in and there was an indebted scratch under the gridlock shade. I didn’t feel like sending back because I was too excited but I was upset about the damage to the palette.

I have buyed colourpop cosmetics since 2015 and I am really upsed about the new taxes they have, It´s a lot and I buy less things because of the taxes. Not happy

Tax on orders I am sad that Colourpop has added a tax to their orders (unsure about domestic, but internationally there is a tax). I have purchased from Colourpop many times and there has never been a tax on my orders. I originally wanted to purchase many more items than I did, but the tax kept getting higher with the more items in my basket. I am unsure as to why Colourpop has added this tax, especially if they want to keep their international customers.
