Some lip products were very soft and almost melted. It ruined a lot a majority of lip products I received. Blushes and powders had a lot of residues on the mirror, which were either used or very poorly packaged. Some didn’t even have a protective film to peel because it’s most likely a returned product. The lip mask had a dent in it, so I probably received a used return product! So nasty of CP. First time making an order at CP, and it will definitely be my last time (I even spent a good amount on everything! 29 items totaling $300.) Nasty nasty nasty company. Also processing and shipping time took forever.

I never received my package and your team is not responding to my emails.

Sucky customer service and products.

I'm honestly not sure why i keep getting emails from this company asking how their service was because i have contacted customer service several times about my horrible experience and have received nothing in response. They printed the wrong address on my package and when i didn't get my order they made me wait 10 days after it was marked delivered to request a replacement. After that i had to spam their IG comments to get them to respond to my emails which is pathetic. They never admitted fault or acknowledged that i had to beg them to do their jobs. By the time i finally got a replacement, over a month after my initial order, i didn't even want the product. Noticed the address was crossed out and the correct one was written by hand, would it have been that hard to admit they messed up instead of trying to gaslight me into thinking the package was stolen from my porch? Never got a response from the surveys asking how the customer service was because they clearly don't care. Just buy it from ULTA if you really want their stuff.

Never got my order and it took weeks (along with a BBB complaint and a PayPal dispute) to get a refund or even a response at all from customer service.

I haven’t even receive my items

I actually had a very bad experience!! I got items that were already open and damaged customer service was terrible they wanted pictures and only replace items that were damaged when the items I purchased was open it was very unfortunate because I was super excited The issue is still not resolved I lost my money and have product that someone else used with covid I don’t feel save using it and they said they count help ridiculous It hard to recommend colourpop with such bad customer service

Worst customer service ever. Product was damaged. Had to open PayPal case to get resolved
