I honestly love everything about colourpop. My favorite brand.. hands down. The reason I give it 4 stars is my last order they completely ban me from ordering because I was "flagged as fraud" by their system. When talking to support I told them I'd be happy to send IDs and pictures of cards, whatever I need to in order to show it was me. The person I spoke with just stopped emailing back. Every time I order I have to go to ebay now and pay literally double unless Ulta has it and they don't carry much. They'd be perfect if they would listen to their customers and if technology makes a mistake have a way to "prove" its you. I didn't mind doing this at all but wasn't allowed. I was buy $600 worth of make up too and they lost a big sale then and 3 more sales after that I went to Ebay for.

I love their products, but their return policy kind of sucks. I ordered stuff for my apartment in Boston, but it was sent to my parent's house in California, but I still needed the palettes and wouldn't be in California for months, so I had to buy a second set and gave the California set to my sister-in-law for Christmas.

Website is easy to use and both the products and the product prices are great. The only issue I have is when a particular shade of a product (most products) instead of showing up. The page will either refresh or display an error message.

The order was timely and I got my order right. I am satisfied with the quality of the eyeshadow palettes. Four stars because the package moved around a lot in shipping which I suspect caused fall out in the eyeshadow palettes. Improve on your packaging to make it move around less.

Im having fun with the bright colours. For some reason I can’t get the $5 off which was promised for my next purchase !!!

I absolutely love the summery colors. My only complaint would be the glittery ones end up in my eyes after a few hours.
