Not Quality
Shock blush and eyeshadows are a weird consistency and hard to use with other makeup. Glitters smell weird and lift other makeup. Overall the price is high for the low quality

I think some of the product was old. I sent a comment to customer service. I, if purchasing in the future, will only buy eyeshadow and lip gloss/liquid lipstick. Every time I buy eyeliner it's dry and breaks, the first mascara I tried was dried out too.

Good deal, great makeup. Shipping times way too long. In a world with Amazon in it you guys have to speed it up

Years ago you would find me raving about this brand! They honestly got me into makeup in the first place when I felt like I was one of those girls who just didn't "get it". Like I could never figure out how to make anything work beyond some eyeliner and mascara. Anyway, I was drawn to them because of their eyeshadow palettes, specifically the monochrome and neutrals. But now there are just so many options on their website that it's exhausting to look through. There aren't good filters either like if you want to only see palettes with shades of pink, for example, or quads instead of sets of 30! It's endless and really hard to shop. (Also a filter for cool toned vs warm toned skin would be amazing). I used to LOVE to shop on their website & try new things. There was one thing that brought me to their website that I wanted to buy. I like to find things to add up to the amount to get free shipping. Like if something's $10 and you get free shipping if you spend $20 more, I will look for how to spend that $20 but its so much labor on this site that I gave up & didn't buy anything. Even when they announced they were going to be selling their products at Target I was so excited! Finally! But they just feel bland & repackaged. Why not put your best sellers in Target or something? Why are there endless combinations that all kinda just end up feeling like regurgitated versions of 10 other palettes? And yet, while there are so many options, I still feel like I haven't seen my dream palette. So many misses. That's not to say that some of the new palettes don't look beautiful. Some of them do! But maybe like discontinue old stuff quicker or make things limited like the collabs (I hate them) so they sell out & get out of the way. Also, their customer service used to be really cool & personable & my last experience was such a letdown. Maybe they know what they're doing and don't need my advice but if you want it, it's to keep it simple! I love you Colourpop, I really do. I want to love shopping with you again.

I love the product, awesome value. I always get excited with new drops. I only gave it a 3 because of the horrendous customer service. All is great unless you have a problem. Why do I still purchase? Value. I admit I only buy during sales. I would purchase more if CS was better.

I like the colour selection, I think the quality could be improved

Shipping was super fast and that was great. But a lot of the items I bought came in plastic/acrylic cases and these were all scratched and cheap looking even though they were also in paper packaging.

Prices are cheap & the makeup is great however, if items arrive damaged due to shipping or poor packing, Colourpop will NOT accept returns due to their "incredibly low prices".
