I ordered by the cut off date for Xmas delivery but it took 3 business days to ship and there is no way it will reach me before Xmas.

How can I rate something I have yet to receive or that’s not even been shipped yet? The processing times are beginning to become outrageous. As a company you decided to promote a bunch of giveaway and discounts around the holidays and then severely under delivered. I’m not even sure I’ll get my product by Christmas at this point and part of it was a gift. I love your products and want to continue to support you guys but recently ordering has taken forever.

I received the brush set with a missing brush and a dirty makeup palette. I asked about the missing brush, and I have not been responded to.

ORDERED 11/28, and its STILL PENDING? Did you forget about me COLOURPOP? Then shipping is much slower then before with DHL, 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS. If I can't buy in store I'll rethink my purchase from now on. GREAT PRODUCTS, LOUSY TIMING :(

I had made an inquiry regarding how my payment was to appear on my credit card and it wasn't resolved

I ordered from them internationally. They forgot to send one item and I contacted them about it. They gave me a code with the value of the item that was missing, however I still had to pay for international shipping again, and also they only allow you to use one coupon code per order, so if I wanted to get any other items, any of them on sale would go back to regular price and I wouldn't have been able to get free int'l shipping even if they had a sale to offer it if I wanted to replace the item with the coupon code.
