Unopened and still unable to make a return, will be buying in person to test products from now on.

I placed an international order on early july. After a month, they told me i needed to pay import fees because the carrier marked the package coming from Germany instead of the US. Your customer support is giving me the runaround now that i've asked for a refund. I would not order again

My experience matches up with the high proportion people experiencing order issues. You basically take a gamble ordering from this company as if you have an issues with your order, you're expected to take the loss most of the time. Missing an item from my order. Best they can do is give me a voucher as store credit that expires and it only covers the cost of the item leaving me to pay for shipping.

Great product, terrible containers 😔 I was so excited to get the Pokémon lip mask and it looks so good, but the Poké ball stopped closing all the way after three uses and the color of the design faded off just as fast. So sad that they didn’t work for more than a week, I loved the Pokeball design so much 😔

Absolutely abysmal customer service, products got returned by courier for unknown reason & when i was refunded i was not given whole amount!! I spent £230 & received only £174 back 👌🏻😡😡😡 will never purchase a single thing from colourpop EVER again!! So stressful from start to finish!! 4 times ive ordered from them...everytime has been a disgrace!

Worst experience in the history of ever. I’ve ordered and paid on 1 June 2024. It is now 8 Aug 2024 and I still haven’t received my order. Just endless apologies via email and empty promises.
