I love the products and normally have a great experience. But on my last order a couple of items were missing from the order. I thought they were being shipped separately and when I finally reached out I was told they didn't have the items and I would be refunded. But I was never informed that part of my order was cancelled.

i ordered a few things and one was missing, I emailed and showed what I had received and they immediately granted credit. I then asked if I could have a refund instead due to me not ordering from colourpop often due to customs etc as I live in the uk. They provided this and were very friendly throughout the whole interaction. The products are amazing as always :)
