The pallets I ordered were extremely small from how they looked in the picture.

I was very upset to get 11 eyeshadows instead of 12! I carefully checked box and everything, but no doubt, one missing

i like the price point but sometimes the website doesn’t load well on mobile. it’s hard to remove things from cart or to go back to a previous page without starting all over. it also doesn’t really load the entire inventory when you’re scrolling down so that can be frustrating. i also wish there was a link to each item in the cart because at this time, i’m using the search function if i want to go back to look at an item. another reason i left only three stars is that your customer service team has been really rude in the past and extremely unhelpful. i only order during sales now because i know that if i don’t like a product, i won’t be getting any help with it. otherwise i would be ordering full price all the time. thanks for your time.

Impossible to use promo codes.. annoying!

Best prices but I wish the deals you have coupon codes on top of them. I tried the mannymua code and it ended up being more expensive so I had to choose one deal Instead of having both. I love this site and will always buy from you. I just wish this was possible Atleast when there are already a site wide sale it’s not like I’m doing two coupons I’m just adding a coupon on a sale

I spent so much time on looking for my discount code for newsletter but I did not find it so I paid full price. I was really disappointed with it and I think it was a waste of time. I hope it would be improved.

I am a customer from New Zealand. I found it annoying how they didn't offer afterpay in some countries, and also found it annoying that they don't specify the currency or give you the option to change currency (that I could notably see) so when the money was taken from my bank it was a fair amount more than I was expecting due to conversion rates.

Promotion stated 30% off storewide but there are items that DO NOT have discounts.
