First and last time I will order from this company I ordered the dream big set The pallets looked like they had been reused. Scratches and scuffs on the actual packaging. Looked like they relabeled a few of the products. I emailed them the sent me out a new set. The new set looked even worse..

Terrible customer service. It took a month for them to send out a replacement palette and not even an email or anything about my other problem. Took me having to message a bunch on Instagram for them to help me. I wouldn’t recommend buying from here if you’re nervous about having issues with your order, they will not help at all.

I tried contacting customer service several times and there was no response and i still didn’t get my order

Can never place an order The customer service is really bad, can never get reply within 48 hrs. Will never visit again in my lifetime

I forgot to include my apartment number with my order so it was sent back to sender. Once I realized what had happened I messaged their customer care team to try to either update the shipping or get a refund but they never got back in contact with me. It's been almost 2 months and I've sent 3 messages with no response.

They charged me twice for the exact same order but it was placed 2 days apart?? They told me they will not refund my purchase because they're 2 days apart, but I never even received my second order (that I never even placed) make ur orders small in case they decided to charge u twice for it
