One small issue :(
Couldn’t figure out how to add promo codes. Could’ve been nearly 20$ cheaper. Nevertheless can’t wait to get my palettes.

My first time to shop with Colourpop had an email with a discount code but it would not let me use it. That was a little disappointing.

Pretty upset that I got an email saying 30% off site wide and when I ordered, I was charged full price. Not cool to advertise something you're not doing. Other than that, I love Colourpops palettes.

For the most part it's great - very affordable products and they are nice quality. The downside is the website photos can be deceiving which is important when selecting makeup products to get a sense of color. It would not be as bad normally but their return policy is awful and you cannot return anything even if the item you selected is way off from the photo on their site. I've contacted their customer service several times for this issue and they could not help me and I was stuck with products I can't use and money wasted. I also tried to submit a review on their mascara that smudges like crazy to warn folks but because my review was less than 5 stars it was never approved and does not show even after emailing customer service and submitting it a few times. I understand stores rely on reviews to sell products but if you as a customer genuinely have issues with something and you cannot leave a less than stellar review it's dishonest and doesn't make me feel great about purchasing another product.

I have not yet tried your products so this review is based on your website. I found it a bit difficult to find the products I was looking for. While I liked how make up was grouped with launch name, I did not find products grouped by type I.e blush, mascara ect. Which is how I’m used to navigating websites. It may have been my device but it may not. Maybe a redesign would help customers find more of what they are looking for

Many products are not listed on the website making them hard to find, which is weird as their products are amazing.

Most products are good but I don’t like the inconsistency in the site. Some times all products show up sometimes they don’t some times Apple Pay works sometimes not. It’s very irritating and has changed my mind on a few purchases.

I don’t understand how I can use a discount code now? I tried to insert a code and it never let me that’s kind of disappointing
