Poor customer service
I received a broken palette and customer service did not reach out to me after numerous request sent via email. I had to open a case on PayPal..don’t waste your time purchasing online and just simply go to ulta

I never received the pallette I…
I never received the pallette I ordered. I have contacted Colourpop multiple times through their contact us page and no one has contacted me back. Now I'm out my money and have no product. Extremely unprofessional!

If I could rate no stars I would
If I could rate no stars I would, idk what happened with my order it says delivered and I did not receive it , that’s not the reason why I’m rating them no stars, it’s there customer service I’ve send out multiple emails to ask what’s going on and they have not responded at all.
