I bought products recently and received them broken. That in itself was not so bad as cosmetics are bound to suffer sometimes if not packaged safely. I raised to customer care hoping for exchange or refund but never heard back. I wrote them again with pictures of broken products and didn’t hear back again. It seems like a poor website experience with absolutely no customer service. I contacted facebook page for response and again but never heard back. I feel cheated by this shop and it looks like a fake shop to me. Please refrain from it forever.

I tried to purchase the Animal Crossing set several times using multiple payment methods and each time the sale was auto-cancelled. I emailed them to find out why and to get help with the purchase and no one replied. I also messaged Colourpop on Facebook and still no reply. It took me at least two weeks to hear from someone and that only happened after I left several comments on their Facebook ads practically begging them to help me purchase the set. As well as more emails and Facebook messages. I finally got an email asking me to try the purchase again. I did, it auto-canceled, and I sent screenshots of what happened. I was told my purchase was flagged for high fraud risk 😲 They couldn’t or wouldn’t fix it or even tell me why! They basically just told me I wasn’t allowed to purchase the set. I found it that day on Poshmark and bought it. If they don’t want my money I’ll find someone who does! I was very happy with the makeup set! But will never attempt to buy directly from Colourpop again.

If I could give 0 stars, I WOULD! I never even received my order so how can you “thank me for my purchase”?! Customer service is absolutely terrible!!

Unfortunately I never received my package and when I reached out to customer service for assistance they we’re extremely unhelpful in resolving the situation. I received no offer of a refund for my purchase which was over $100 and was directed to the USPS customer service link. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Pathetic customer service and extremely misleading information at the time of purchase. Free international is a fraudulent claim so don’t be trapped.

I did not receive my order. I wrote my email and no one responded to me. This is bad customer service. I attached files supporting that it was lost. it been 2 months now and I am highly dissappointed.

On April 10 of 2021 I received a package that did not belong to me. Said package belongs to someone who lives in Canada while I live in the south of the United States. I did not receive any of the items I ordered on March 29, 2021 in this package.
