Love colourpop and the products but leaving only 3 stars because every time they have a sale like Black Friday the majority of products are already sold out. Literally every holiday set was sold out. They need to restock before doing these sales and not three days after a sale is over

I absolutely love ordering from Colourpop! They’re always on time, and I’m never disappointed with the products when I order from them. 💕 A+!!!

The previous 3 times that I’ve ordered a palette they always come beat up/scratched up from cover. If I wanted scratched up items I wouldn’t consider buying a “new” product online. I used to recommend colourpop to everyone but these past 3 purchases, I’ve been so disappointed. I’ve reached customer service but they said If the product is in place they can’t do anything about it... hmmm... (let me take your money and give you a beat up product.) k.

Long shipping times, always sold out of product especially on day one of offering a sale. The products are great and affordable but hard to get.

There is no link to tell me how to share with my friends?

expensive but good products

The shipping is way too high. It almost was more than the product. And meaning it’s a holiday they should offer free shipping promotions.

I had a hard time navigating the check out process, plus it keep saying register your email for the newsletter and a 10% discount that was to come over email. But it didn't say when, so I finished my order finally and never got the 10% discount. Now its advertising a 15% discount if you get your friends to join up. Similar thing happened on Sephora is this just a gimmick, for impossible discounts. There is no fine print saying you cannot use it on this order, or when you will receive the email. bogus
