Affordable and elegant!!!

I have not received my products yet; but my review of the shopping experience: 1. The "build your own palette" feature was not working. Whenever the palette was complete and I would try to add to cart, it would say "adding bundle now"...and never completed, and it never got in my cart. I ended up purchasing an existing palette, as I couldn't make my own. 2. The prices on the site are great. I have used colourpop eyeshadow before so I am aware of the quality (can get a little flakey over time but is pretty good at first) of those, not sure as to the others. My only problem with the prices is the black friday deal was 30% off SITEWIDE. But the brush set I purchased was not discounted, so that was a bit unfortunate.

Your products are always fantastic...however the 3 star rating is in regards to the customer service I received. Basically I expressed my disappointment in not being informed properly that an item in my order was not going to ship due to being on backorder. I even got the backorder notice A DAY AFTER the shipping notice. Had I known the item was not available I would have substituted it for something else since it was actually a Christmas gift. I thought that waiving a shipping charge for me to order the item I would have substituted with was not too much to ask... as soon as I had asked if this was possible there was a lot of back and fourth kind of beating around the bush rather than simply saying yes or no. I felt like your rep was just playing dumb with me...maybe hoping I would give up before demanding a straight forward answer... and, is waiving $10 fee in a unique unfortunate scenario really too much to ask? So 2 things here; 1) if an item is out of stock, can we not be informed much sooner than 8 days after the order is placed!?! 2) provide this backorder notice with enough time in advance with the option to add something else to the order! I would have been happy to wait an extra day or 2 if it meant i was going to get what i was looking forward to.

Amazing products and good customer service. My one complaint and the only reason I don't give 5 stars is because I can't order the 24 shadow build your own palette which I really want 😂. They don't ship that to Canada and that's honestly a little ridiculous since it's not that big of an order.

Great products, great prices. Horrible customer service, horrible return/exchange policy, horrible shipping times!

I was sent a discount code to use on my first order and when I tried to use it, it was not accepted. Kind of disappointing. I just didn’t order everything I had in my basket. Hope the products I did order are going to be of good quality since it is for Christmas.
