I have shopped once in your website.The first shopping experience is feeling good,but about the second I think it's not satisfied. When I have placed an order in the website,I am very expectant.But on the second day I recevied an e-mail about my order of goods,I was told my order was cancelled,then it will be refunded in a week or two. I want to order another order to buy the goods which I like.But unfortunately the goods was all out of stock.It makes me very upset.I want to know is it because China is too far away that my order has been cancelled. Look forward to hearing you. Still love you.

I had signed up for your newsletter and was told I could get 10% off my first purchase but the code did not work for my items. Please do not tell me I can get a discount and then not follow through...

Signed up for emails to get 10% off an order I wanted to place, only to then be told couldnt use discount on the items I wanted to order (order # 15042592). Frustrating to say the least.

I LOVE Colourpop, but the lip product shopping experience needs improvement. Many of the colors dont have skin swatches on lips/arm and it makes it VERY hard to tell what the color looks like. A lot of lipsticks, esp matte, have a slightly different color when wet vs dry. It was very hard to shop for the lipsticks I bought bc I was continuously flipping to and from Google looking for other influencer swatches. Even on google. some of the swatches were inconsistent bc each influencer was using different lighting. It's very hard to discern shade undertones / true color after drying. Please add more pics!!

I was confused at check out. I put my promo code LAURALEE, and it added an EXTRA $25 to my order. So I removed the code and it brought my total down again to what I was supposed to pay. Smh. I tried it a second time with MANNYMUA, same crap. Anyways colourpop has amazing quality makeup so that's not going to stop me from shopping again inspite my frustration during checkout.

I was trying to log in to my account and it showed that password was incorrect. So I reset and when I tried again it showed that the password is wrong again! Happened few times I got fed up and checked out as a guest!!

Couldn’t get build your own palette to add to cart and I found the lack of a list of what I’d added to it annoying and confusing. Otherwise my experience was pretty good.

I tried three times to make my own palette but everytime it added it to my bag it would jam up and not add it. Ended up buying shadows individually but paid a hefty price higher! Instead of working out at $2 per shadow plus the palette for free I paid $3.15 per shadow and $7 for the empty palette!
