How can I give anything more than 1 star when I never received my product. Ordered in the beginning of March with an expected delivery date of 3/15. It is now 4/17 and still no product. Contacted the delivery carrier and was told to contact the sender so they can file a claim. Contacted colourpop and only got an email stating they received my message and they couldn't issue a refund. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Don't use this company.

They have an absolutely ridicolous customer service. I ordered some products and received a broken item, I asked them for a replacement as I had to pay loads of expenses to get the products shipped in my country, such as conversion fees and custom fees - since I made a bigger order just to get free shipping, otherwise I would have had to pay for postage as well - which are NOT cheap. They told me they are unable to replace, when I saw loads of other people getting their replacements from them, while all I got was a refund for a product that cannot be used after all the fees I had to sustain (the fees were obviously not refunded). Not custom friendly at all, and they're also liars, which you wouldn't expect from such a big company. I saw companies that are way more little, having a better customer service. Definitely won't be purchasing again from them, I'm beyond disgusted.

I didn’t receive my order

Awful awful awful!!!! I purchased a few items from colourpop the total I spent was almost $80 between lipsticks, eyeshadow, eye pencils. I was excited to use the eyeshadow within a few hours my eyes were bloodshot red the eyeshadow cause me such a bad allergic reaction that I couldn’t barely open my eyes for the next three days I got so scare that I had to even go to the hospital. After a week went by and I was better I contacted colour pop customer service for a refund and they basically told me that there was nothing they could do and that I could return the products. I know due to covid there are safety concerns but they could have tossed these products upon receiving them and at least giving me half of what I spent but no they refused to help me and basically their position was that this was not their problem.

You need more international shipping options. I ordered in the first half of March and have no received my items. And the tracking stopped in another country in mid March. $100 gone.

I can’t purchase to buy your products and still not received any refund from my credit card.

Had a missing piece in one of the makeup kits and never got help to fix it

I did NOT receive the shipment. It got lost.
