Still haven’t received package that i ordered a month ago which I understand cause of the circumstances but it’s been too long

I love colourpop for the wonderful quality of the product at an extremely affordable price. What I don't love is how long it takes to recieve the product. I stock up on everyday products like lip liners, I buy 3 each of my fav colors so I'm not at the mailbox crying for the month it takes to arrive. As long as you keep wait time in mind, everything at colourpop is top notch. I reccomend it

I appreciate colorpop’s emails they have sent me to check in on my order I placed before the pandemic. I really enjoy their products and I’m a big fan of their eyeshadows :))

Great products and great prices. Think the COVID-19 response could have been handled better, I placed an order a couple of days before notification came that your facilities were shutting down. When shelter in place looked more than likely website operations should have shut instead of forging ahead with the Mulan collection, taking the cash, then leaving orders unfulfilled for what looks like will be months. Glad you're doing the upmost to keep employees safe and that of course comes first always. And didn't return or request a refund because I really want what I ordered and love your products!

I would love to say amazing things about colourpop but due to situations outside of their control my order was never shipped and I didn’t want to wait anymore so I asked for a refund. The refund was quick so they made that part easy. Hopefully ill get to order from them soon.

Well, given the situation with the COVID19 I still have not received my order... understanding that it is for the safety of the employees. I thought, though, that a company this big would take precaution with employees making it work for both parties, employee still work and customer still get their product... Anyways I love the Colourpop cosmetics so I will always be willing to wait for them! Thanks...

I ordered the mulan eye shadow pallette and I never even received it because colorpop closed they closed doesn’t the warehouse. I hear so many good things about color pop so I’m just waiting to either get my money back or for the warehouse to reopen.

I love the products. I just wish my order was shipping soon. I will continue to use their products.
