I haven't used the products yet as this is my first order but the pricing is amazing for a cruelty free product! I was disappointed that the majority of your eyeshadow palettes were sold out though. I was looking forward to trying them but there weren't any left.

To get the free international shipping fee is too much at $50. The website is quite inconvenient to a potential buyer. Its hard to put some items into the wishlist and the items that are out of stock should be filtered out to the bottom. The should also be an option that the items in the cart can be put into the wishlist and can be clicked to the product instead of searching it up again.

Easy to shop around. The only reason I gave 3 stars instead of five was because when I go to a section it doesn’t necessarily show me like ALL Lips or ALL eyeshadow palettes. I have to search up the product sometime to get to it. For example, Kathleen lights so jaded palette or iluvsarahi lip gloss.

One of the eye shadow is damaged when arrived, hope the packaging can be improved next time. Despite of the coupon code given as compensation, I need to buy another $50(as i remember) in order to get the free shipping to Hong Kong, which i think is not a satisfactory compensation for me.

Well, my order got lost during the shipping process and it took so long to arrive. Couldn’t track my order AT ALL. The customer service people were nice and comprehensive though.

Hi, Love all the colors and offers, but most are out of stock and when trying to add a build my own bundle it would never work. I had to add individually instead.

Love your makeup and products. But dissatisfied pointed in how many items were out of stock. Will have to place another order when items are back in stock.
