Very long delivery, 2 months, and some of items a bit broken, but products is so cool!

I purchased but cancelled, but I found it difficult to cancel my order, so I had to email a representative about it and they handled it. I did all of this on mobile phone so that could be why it didn’t work.

the shipping was very slow (it could be because it was an international's order) but otherwise the products were all great!

Ordering is super easy. Just looking for to receiving my products. I have placed my order quite sometime ago. Although I do understand which covid 19 things will take time to arrive.

I rated colourpop a 4 because of the quality of past products that I’ve ordered and passed shipping time but due to the current quarantine and COVID-19 situation shipping has been delayed and I have not yet received my current package so just be wary when ordering.

I love the ease of the shopping and previously orders have got here in a timely fashion. I understand that due to Covid-19 my products have not arrived yet, but I am giving a 4-star review simply because I cannot accurately comment on arrival of product and its condition. But I do trust the brand and am sure they will be here as soon as possible!

Shipping is expensive for Spain and customs made me pay 30 euros
