I have always enjoyed the products I’ve received from Colourpop, but with my latest purchase, I am very disappointed. I was trying to use a code from a YouTuber promoted to save me some money on my purchase. Only thing is, it doesn’t save you any kind of money, in fact, it raises the price! I’m very disappointed with this promotion. I’ve tried many different youtuber affiliates and all codes worked the same. I had always liked Colourpop, and now I feel like they are just trying to “steal” from their customers in hopes that the rest of them do not pay any attention to their receipts! I will not be purchasing from this company again! Mind you, nothing from the company is expensive but if they are promoting codes to save money, then that’s what the codes should actually do instead of the exact opposite!

The colors in the palette are great however I ordered this online and when I took it out of the packaging, the lettering in “baby got peach” has many tiny little scratches which just makes it looks already used on the outside. However the colors are still great just wish the outside wasn’t damaged because the packaging is really cute

Free shipping but there are some taxes. For what?

My order was cancelled for no reason, and I had to retry buying the same stuff a second time.

The order took a really long time to be processed and shipped. Also several of the pressed glitters in palettes came broken.

i love your products, but i was having issues creating my account & receiving emails! I was trying to create my account & couldn’t verify because the emails weren’t sending. other than that all is well

It took three tries of remaking the BYOP for it to actually add itself to my cart, and if something is out of stock it doesn’t appear on the website at all (which is frustrating). Kind of a difficult to navigate site for a second time user to be honest. But the photo quality for product shots is magnificent, and I’ve never had stuff come later than a few days after ordering.

I builtAn eyeshadow pallet and put it in my cart and everything froze. My pallet disappeared and never went into my cart. Also, i put products into my cart that were already sold out.
