Very bad ! I never can shop and Colour Pop charged me 8 times the amount and always canceled my order for no reason (my bank freeze my account for a few days.. so thanks).

Broken makeup with no return policy.

My product broke. I contact to return and nobody reply me

Terrible customer service. Or should I say, non-existent customer service. Sent them an inquiry, it's been a few days now, no reply.

The colored eyeliner is very streaky, and chunks come off of the brush tip when applying. Since this company refuses to accept returns I just threw them out. I'll never buy anything else from Color Pop. Not worth the money spent when the quality is trash and the customer service is even worse.

My order have a problem with the tracking number they give to me! I've try to email them numerous time with the client service but they never answer me, they've never give me a response! Now i don't know what to do... I don't even know if my tracking number is correct... I hope they will resolve this soon. P.s. Sorry for my bad english

My package did not arrive and colourpop will not replace or refund my order, despite asking twice. I guess if something gets lost in the mail, its justt a gamble you take?? I truluy dont understand. I have never experienced anything like this (as a customer here or elsewhere).....is this a thing???

The products were fine. I am however extremely irritated that when I placed this order I received everything but my make up brushes. Since then I have emailed colour pops customer support 3 times with no response. This is $35 in make up brushes kissing from my order. I’m very unhappy with the customer service.
