I have not received my order, I ordered it the last week in March. I can tell you that colourpop has kept up constant communication, always explaining where they are in this covid restricted time. They have also allowed us to cancel our order for a full refund anytime before it has shipped.

Delivery took quite a while thanks to Covid. Everything came in one piece - that was something I was worried about ordering from the other side of the world.

The only reason I knocked off a star is because during vivid while I didn’t get my order and still haven’t after 2 months that’s okay what isn’t okay is I have an account and they have my email and I’ve checked my junk mail and my spam and I have yet to get any emails about updates on them my order or really anything all I got were promotional sales which really annoyed me other than that I do love colourpop

I love Colourpop Cosmetics but during the Covid-19 outbreak and Lock down I was upset that Colourpop was promoting sales even though they're was no shipping happening at the time. I ordered a few products during the Mulan collection release and was so happy and excited to try my new products only to be shot down by the lock down. I love you guys so much at Colourpop but please slow down on promoting products if the public does not have access to them. I also had concern for the products sitting in the warehouse and the expiration dates as well. Will I get my new primer and it only last a few months because product has been sitting? I love you guys and hope that if an epidemic strikes again you won't tempt me so. 😂😭❤️✌️🌞 I CAN NOT WAIT until my shipment is delivered.

ColourPop has been operating very well during this time. I give you 4 stars because you have had great communication and kind messages! The only reason I am set back just a little is that I would love to know an estimate of when my order will come. But great other than that! Love you ColourPop!
