When I was checking out adding promo codes increased my total. Also changing anything like adding an email or choosing free shipping would increase my total.

The only reason it was between two or three stars was because on a lot of other retail and makeup sites for Black Friday they gave free shipping on all orders with the discount, but with colour pop the shipping nullified all the savings from Black Friday which would make me thing twice about possibly ordering on sales in the future.

The palette vault was out of stock, so I had to just get the palette I really wanted in the color collection option and then the specific colors I wanted out of the other palettes I got in a custom palette. I suggest trying the custom palette so you get colors you know you're gonna use. And then I got the brushes I needed without any complications. I'm satisfied with my order

I love colourpop, the products are wonderful, I just HATE the pressed glitters! Also I’m not a huge fan of plastic packaging

It’s ridiculous that black Friday just started and all the items are sold out

I really only wanted the brush set but it was sold out. so I got the bundle set with the brushes and palette. after I made the purchase, the brush set was not “sold out”. Whatever I could probably sell the palette or give it as a present.

Easy enough shopping experience, but half of your products were out of stock! What a disappointing tease that I couldn’t order what I wanted.

I can't understand why it says 30% off site wide when the 2 palettes I got (Bare Necessities) were not discounted. "Site Wide" means everything as far as I know.
