i never actually got my order, i retried three times and all three times it got cancelled even though i had more than enough money. i emailed and asked for help and they just said to try again

Ordered a collection within secs of collaboration being a announced. You'd think they would be prepackaged, but no. I received everything but the eye palette which was the whole point of the collab. Guess they sent out to much in PR & couldn't fill actual orders. Contacting customer service with any expectations of a response is a joke. Don't bother with this company. It's been weeks and no resolution. Feels like you just get "lucky" ordering from and actually getting your items. They don't accept returns or apparently refunds for items they don't send. Must you need anything from them, can't highly recommend just getting items available from Ulta. Seriously 😑 order from their site at your own risk. Zero stars.

My order didn't arrive in its correct box, it was posted in a box from another collection. (I ordered the ColourpopxAnimalCrossing full box). Arrived in some generic pink colourpop box. It had no outer packaging, as it was shipped as the box that the makeup was in, so the box had ugly post stickers, scrapes and stains all over it. Nothing like the cute stuff you see in the ads, the box was badly damaged. It kind of killed the experience when I was so excited to see it. The makeup is fine, but the packaging is important to make the product feel special. They just didn't care.

I didn't recive my order, I reported and you tell me that I shold give it more time, now de package is like delivered, but I didn´t recive and I can´t look to who was delivered.

I got a palette and I received it broken, then I sended an email saying I wanted my money back, but instead answer me, you sended another broken palette

I never got my item and they wouldn’t refund me!! Insane

Absolutely terrible. My package has taken over a month and no one has gotten back to me with any answers OR anything at all. I’ve sent over 5 emails and no one has responded. I was a huge fan but I will never order from y’all again.
