Eyeshadow arrived broken in pieces! Should have been packed better! Other than that no complaints

The sales were great the site glitched but I’m guessing that’s due to all the traffic that was on the site I had a good experience with colourpop this is my first time ever ordering from them but I’ve heard about them for a while and it was a good first experience

Overall making an order is fairly easy. The only issue i have is that with international orders, you should be able to use other alphabets to write your address. Often times writing an address with romanized characters can lead to issues with the delivery when it reaches the country if the postman cant read english or understand the address.

My daughter loves Colorupop, so I bought her a palette she wanted. However, I think they come out with too many 'new' palettes that look almost the same as previous ones. To me, it would be better to space out releases that are completely new and different.

I was very excited to shop online for Colourpop products this year. I already knew most makeup stores didnt have a sale on them and most don't carry a good variety. I was very disappointed that majority of products were out of stock. I had planned on ordering a lot of gifts but not many options were left from what I had to choose from.

I honestly hate how amazing their products are because I can’t stop giving them my money! Great quality products. I’ve never been disappointed!

Two out of three palettes arrived scratched up and marked. The colors themselves were unmarked, but the packaging was pretty damaged with scratches. Their customer service team didn't seem to think it was a big deal though. All of the colors were beautiful, but the karrueche palette had two pans that were so pressed that I couldn't get them to deposit any color on any brush I put in there.

The web site is very glitchy. Had a hard time processing my order at checkout. Ended up canceling several of the items in my cart out of frustration. And there are so many choices that aren’t available because they are out of stock.
