Colourpop is amazing... except I couldn't get the 'build your own palette' page to load in google chrome or microsoft edge.

Love your cosmetics but my order was messed up! Received two of the same lipsticks instead of two different

It would be nice to be able to cancel or modif your order after you have placed it.

I LOVE Colourpop. I’ve loved every single item I’ve ever bought. I have one complaint. My husband and I live in Europe . So I can’t actually access the website. I have family who will order for me. But it is really inconvenient.

It would be great to receive an order confirmation that allows users to change, cancel, or adjust their order within 24 hours. I realized I wanted to add another palette to my order afterwards but it was already too late, and I was not able to go back and add it to my cart.

The site was a little confusing to navigate. I purchased a bundle of lipsticks and I wanted to go back to see what the colors looked like but I couldn’t find them on the site. They were in my cart but I’m not too sure why I couldn’t go back and view it. They weren’t out of stock. Also, the products I had in my cart previously, didn’t tell me they were out of stock until I went to go pay for them.

My last 3 orders had missing products, I hope this time colourpop will send all.

I’ve gotten some great items and I’ve also gotten some that are old or dried out. I was hard to contact you as you’re only able to send a picture if somethings wrong and I was unable how to figure out how to do it.
