I tried contacting customer service telling them that I moved out of state so that I can either change my address or get a refund but they refused since the package was already sent, mind you it was the ACNH one and I never got it yet I’m still having to pay

In December 2020, I ordered lip pencils and flexitarian highlighter. The highlighter was COMPLETELY DAMAGED when I received it. It looked like they were half full and were not at all "set" as in half of the bottom of the container showed instead of the product covering the entirety of the container. I sent pictures and requested a refund. They offered a credit. I travel internationally for work, and have been in South America most of 2021. I wasn't able to even use the credit and now it has expired. What kind of company has a store credit that expires?? I asked for an extension on the credit, and they refused to do that as well as to issue a new credit. Poor product quality and horrible customer service. Stay away.

I received several orders with damages I reached out to the customer service like I was told to do via Instagram and when I reached out they promised me that the issues would be fixed and they invited me to continue to order I did so and I received damaged items again after bringing this to their attention they blocked me from continuing to purchase stating that I was unhappy with their terms of conditions when in reality I love their products I just wanted to bring it to their attention that there is issues so that they could correct these issues! Instead of caring about these issues and wanting to do something to correct them they instead want to continue to operate the way they do and just block customers who are unhappy with this. This is horrible business tactics and if they think that I'm just going to disappear they are wrong I am now going to be warning everybody about this. A company just can't block you because they keep sending you items with hair in it and fingerprints in it things that go against the FDA guidelines. Especially after they lured you into purchase something claiming that it will arrive like the pictures and it doesn't. This is bait and switch which is also against the law. I understand that the company could have a choice to decline any customer they want and that is the law but it is also against the law to do what they are doing and when I brought it to their attention they just blocked me, that is morally wrong!! Do not order from this company if you have any issues they will block you forever and it is a scam! They even offered me a coupon code that I can't even use now because they blocked me! How is this fixing anything?! I'm going to be riding a letter to the owners of this company because this is just not right and I'm also going to be reaching out to the media and on social media isn't story needs to be told I know that for a fact hundreds and thousands of customers would be really shocked and would not want to shop with a company who practices these types of behaviors.

Ordered the cloud dye vault collection along with other products and instead received the cloud spun pallet. I was charged for three pallets and only received one that I did not want and was not part of the collection. Left multiple emails with the issue and sent pictures in of all my order information, yet nobody got back to me. This has made me not want to buy from colourpop anymore, I get accidents happen but when I send 4 emails saying something was wrong/missing I would like to get some help with my order. I have bought products from ulta and have liked everything that I bought it’s just a shame I can’t buy from them directly because they do not have anyone to help with customer service.

Y’all are asking me to write a review but never responded to the email I sent you — stating that I never received my items. I received an empty envelope that was cut open on the side. I assume my lipsticks were stolen during transit. I never got a chance to see or use the lipsticks I ordered.
