I really like Colourpop but since Corona virus has happened I still haven't gotten my package by love heir products!

now that i’ve received my palettes, packed well and in perfect condition, i can fortunately update my review. this is my first colourpop purchase and the hype is real, for the price, you cannot beat the quality of the shadows. i can’t wait to play around with them some more. i still wish i’d had a little more communication with them as far as the status of processing and shipping, but i am now happy that i finally have them in my hands.

The products are amazing, just a bit roughed up by the long voyage. People ordering from France, keep in mind it takes a really long time to get here. Otherwise, totally worth it I couldn't be happier with the products.

Great products for the price! The only problem I had trouble with was the eyeliner I purchased broke. Loved all my other items including lip products and jelly shadows.

Still have not received my items yet but with all this going on its understandable they communicate to us customers and I like that

When I bought two of Color Pop make up products the first time they were great and it arrive fast and The quality is great! I placed an order wayback in March a day or two before the plant shut down due to the pandemic but honestly even after they announced that they’re reopening the warehouse I still yet to hear anything about the package that I ordered in March. They made it even clear saying that peoples outstanding orders top priority yet it’s nearly the end of the month and I still hear nothing about my order being shipped! To be honest with you they really should’ve shipped out the last remaining orders before they shut down the plant for over a month. Yes I know they’re trying to keep their worker safe but it’s probably not a good idea to keep accepting new orders when there’s many ones that still haven’t shipped out yet! This isn’t really good for business and I won’t purchase anything off their store until everything is back to normal I still want my Ooh La La pallet :(
