Shipment never delivered/was returned
I ordered a month before this was needed for sisters birthday. Kept tracking, carrier said it was undliverable - it was not they never came to my office where goods were to deliver. Called in on March 23 and they said they’d deliver “if a second attempt” had not already been made (it wasn’t). The birthday came and went - no delivery - instead the carrier had it returned to origin. I am out $50+CAD dollars. Extremely unhappy
