Good communication and they got me the products as soon as it was safe to do so during covid 19

Well I can't rate or review the product cuz I haven't received it yet I ordered April 17th and it's Jun now so idk. I mean I know we're are in a national pandemic but I've received orders for other place more quickly. Customer service is nice I guess.

I purchased the Mulan cosmetic palette and a liquid lux lipstick in the color of strong chi. The palette consists of beautiful Chinese colors like golds and reds there are also some Browns and blacks. Some of the colors are matte and glittered. The Lux lipstick is in a gorgeous shade of red the only issue is that it isn't long wear and you must reapply. But my concern was that I ordered this product in March and I did not receive it till May and I understand what the pandemic but the company should have informed their customers sooner than a month later.

Had no problems during purchase and the delivery was on time. Unfortunately the palette got a little bit broken but it wasn’t that bad that I would want an exchange but still it’s a reason for my rating.
