The products are amazing but the structure of Colourpop's sales are very disheartening. If the site is 30% off then everything on site should be that price, which isn't true or fair to customers

A lot of the products ran out of stock, and it was not restocked fast enough, selection of choices quite limited

I hear the products are great but this isn't a review on the products that's why I rated it 3 stars the complaint is for the website. The website is advertising 30% off for the holidays and it's advertising that you will get 10% off if you sign up for their email but guess what WRONG you have to chose you either have to get the sale price OR the 10% which is so misleading and false advertisement. You shouldn't have that 10% pop up every time you open up the page in the browser if you aren't going to honor it with the purchase.

shipping is super expensive

I love Colourpop because you get great quality products (really comparable to high end!) for a great price that doesn't ruin your bank. However, I accidentally order two of the same set, which is my fault of course. However, all sales are final, and I am not allowed to modify or cancel my order, which is really unfortunate. :(
