Eyeliner was broken

Customer service is awful. My package was lost and in good faith they should replace my items but all I get back is an automated message stating someone will look into it. I think I should be able to talk to a person that can resolve this issue without some many attempts on my part to get it resolved. I have read many reviews that say the same thing about your customer service.

They always package great and make sure you get your order on time, the only one things is sometimes certain pans in the eyeshadow pallets are broken depending on how soft the formula is.

I never received my product. It was shipped and never got to me. I emailed customer service twice and they never got back to me. I had to call my credit card company to contact them. And still haven’t heard anything. I love colourpop and have ordered before but this was terrible. I don’t think I’ll order from them again.

I've made my order on 17 of March. Today is 24 of April and I'm still waiting for my goods.

The products I recieved had finger prints, and scratch markings on it (chipped).

Makeup Never Arrived Several weeks ago I ordered makeup from this website and it never arrived. I got an email from the shipping service saying that my address did not exist and that the makeup was to be shipped back to the warehouse. I immediately contacted customer support but they never returned my emails even when I tried again. I have since moved on to buy makeup from somewhere else and feel like I am forced to cut my losses because I never received a refund or even an email from customer support saying they couldn't do anything. The whole experience was disheartening to say the least.
