I ordered a package about two months ago now.. the shipping information they gave me was wrong and so I ended up paying duties for someone else’s package.. I contacted Colourpop to try and solve the issue (about a month ago) and I have had no reply. I spend quite a lot of money on the package and duties and have no idea how to get them back.. very disappointed 😞

During the purchase, the information about the shipping time was 15 days. When completed the time for shipping, I tried to contact colourpop for more information as the tracking was not working as should. For my surprise no reply, no nothing! So I really like the brand and the products but I won't put myself in this situation again. Is quite frustrating, I'm in different continent, and by not having how to complain and anyone to respond is far hard!

Colourpop didn't fulfill my order for 4 weeks and then when I contacted the company regarding my missing order they canceled it instead of fulfilling my order. I've ordered and received items in the past and this time was terrible customer service.

I bought two single shadow pods and two pallets. I was disappointed by all. Glitter fall out, color isn’t intense and must be caked on to get somewhat close and then irritated my eyes! This isn’t cheap make up either so I was expecting better!
