I love colourpop items because they are affordable and for the most part great quality. What I don’t love is the ordering process. Some items are difficult to find on the website or if they are out of stock it doesn’t always have that accurately displayed when you add item to your bag and you won’t find out until you go to checkout. Also I dislike that it takes so long to ship your items out after you have ordered them and then the shipping and tracking are slow and aren’t always easily tracked. If more of colourpops items were available at local stores I would not use their online site because of these issues. However, their full line is not currently available locally so I continue to shop online for their items. I am however very hesitant in doing so and will often look at things multiple times until I decide they are worth the trouble of ordering. I might be more inclined to order more frequently if the ordering process were to improve and the process could be expedited in some ways.

I bought my first package of ColourPop makeup last Thursday, and I'm sure Ill have no qualms about the quality of the makeup, but the company leaves a lot to be desired with their refund policy. Given that they aren't in stores they should give customers a chance to digitally try on, cancel within a timeframe or return make up. I stupidly bought a 40 dollar palette (which shed a dollar for Black Friday) and I decided two days ago that I really won't use all of the shades. I just want amazing cream eyeshadow. So, I'm SOL and 66 dollars in the hole. Just wish someone told me about their refund policy.

I wanna track my package.

This is kinda upsetting for me, I made my order and it said $53 but I was charged $73 because of international prices. Set up a Canadian page maybe because I know others will be upset.

Amazing products, slow to non existent customer support on social.

All of the individual items in my package were opened (just the box containers, not the actual glosses or anything.) Plus, the super shock shadow was not glued into the white plastic packaging and the shadow fell out immediately.

I received my package on time with no harm to the products, my only issue was the box was taped and beaten up. I assume that this would be an issue with the carrier. Other than that I am happy with my products. Thank you!

Great sale, great prices for great products. My only issue is everything I’d like to purchase is always sold out when I’m ready to purchase it.
