Order for almost 1 month still not yet arrive n have no any updates

Purchased one of the worst performing products of my life, which, given the price, was not that big of a deal, but then submitted an honest (but not at all offensive or profane) product review on March 30th, confirmed my email address as requested via a link sent by Colourpop, and the review remains suspiciously unpublished. People deserve to know what they're getting and censoring all but the good reviews is a legal but highly unethical business practice.

I am a Canadian and I went to purchase items from colour pop expecting to see the currency being stated as USD at the till, and the currency was not displayed on the prices, and even after I typed in my location as in Canada I was not shown the order total distinguished as either currency, so I assumed that they where showing me CAD and that my order was far less expensive than it was. I only was shown my order to be in USD when I was send the confirmation email. I would not have spent so much money so I went to cancel my order, they do not allow you to cancel orders, so I looked to see if I could return it, and they do not allow returns. These practices are evasive and morally wrong, as colour pops main audience, I assume, must me low income workers, or children, because of the prices of items. I feel sick thinking about the nerve a giant company has to be so reckless, or even worse: consciously malicious. I don’t think I will ever support them again no matter what because i cannot tolerate this kind of behaviour from a large company that needs to be more responsible.

I never received my order tracking kept saying address don't exist and only way to contact is thru email sent them an email and have still yet to hear from them

My product always arrive in terible shape. If they arrive. I will never buy here again. There was so many problems with my purchases, that it gave me a headache.

Because I cannot order from your site. I get flagged for fraud and that’s simply not true. There is also no customer service number only an email. You would think a company that them would have a number. If I have the product stars I’d give them 5 but I’m frustrated about the situation. Colorpop does not seem to help so 1 ⭐️

I still didn’t receive my purchase.
