The site was a little challenging but we will see if my order comes on time

my daughters like colour pop products. i tried to use my code that was e-mail to me but it says that is not able to use code. it was for 15 percent off

Had trouble logging into my account. the only time I was able to was after I made a purchase. Other than that no further issues.

Love the products, but a number of the eyeshadows came broken.

the time of readying delivery is too long.

not a lot of what I was looking for was in stock, and colourpops discount policy is difficult to navigate

The lipstick I ordered came with a smooshed tip.

It took 18 days to receive my order and I live in Toronto. That’s the longest package I’ve ever received from the US. Even my order from Hong Kong comes in less then 2 weeks. It was my first time ordering from Colourpop and I am very disappointed in the delivery service.I barely get to track my package because it never updates on time so I don’t know if it’s out for delivery or not.I found my package freezing in my front door. Hands down their products are great for the price but I will have to Reconsider about ordering again anytime soon because of the delivery service.
