I love the makeup but my mascara was almost dry and one of my eyeshadows were broken.

Shipping didnt take too long. The Numero Uno Eyeliner( hope I said it right) works okay, goes on pretty nicely. However, I bought this because it said it would last long but I wore it one day and it transferred to my eyelid within like 3 hours and it started to flake a bit but I'll continue to use it until I look into Nyx

I understand that because of the pandemic, people were assuring that it was safe before they continued with their daily lives, but two months to deliver a package? I was not expecting that. I hope to try out the products soon considering I brought them on vacation with me.

Great product. Shipping was pretty slow.

I ordered my makeup from them during the first wave of Covid, so it took about 2 months for me to finally recieve my ordered, but it's understandable due to the circumstances. Though when I asked them in a few update emails when they thought they would start shipping out again, they kept saying soon and not giving at least a somewhat estimated time, which is still understandable but it's more annoying than them just saying "We're not exactly sure yet..." I was very happy with my order when I did finally get it, which was two monochromatic palettes and a jelly shadow that are probably the best eyeshadows I've ever used. I'm not super impressed with the liquid lipsticks nor the lip glosses, as the glosses are pretty sticky, but the eyeshadows are gorgeous.

Excellent products but I expected free trials or some kind of gift after expending almost 100$. In other stores they do it

I bought the Lux liquid lipstick in "Take a Bao" and was super excited to receive it. I was not disappointed! The shade is a very soft red with a diffused, blushed hue. The lipstick feels amazingly soft and light, almost like I'm wearing nothing at all. Doesn't smudge a lot, either. My recommendation would be that if you want to get the same exact look as in the photo, with the edges of the lip super diffused, do not apply the lipstick all the way to the outer edges of your lips. Apply on the inside of your lips and then smack them together until you get those blended-looking edges. The only reason I gave this four stars is because I think the packaging is made to conceal how much lipstick is actually in the bottle. Because of the frosted, magnified glass, it looks like you're getting a TON of lipstick, when if you turn it over and look from the bottom, you can see that there's much less than first appears. However, there is still a pretty good amount of product in there, and that kind of quality for such a low price is definitely worth the investment. Again, loving this product, and the shade. Will definitely buy more in the future.

It turned out really great brand for a first time purchase. The mint to be eye pallete is so pigmented and the lippie is so light weight and stays on all day. I would highly recommend it.
