A lot of the items sold out so quick.

I received an email about 30% off site wide but when I went on the item I wanted was not 30% so it’s a very limited 30% off. I purchased the item because I didn’t want to risk losing it but ads should be more specific

You need to include swatches of lip colours and pictures of the lip colour on models. You used to but now many shades to not show this and it makes me not want to purchase product from you. Please also have better shade descriptions so I can search for a certain colour and every shade can pop up.

The quality of your makeup is the best I’ve ever used. Extremely pigmented, beautiful colors, goes on easy. However I received a damaged eyeshadow palette, the jelly much container was filled really poorly (half stuck to the lid), and the glitter gel had a weird plastic/garlic odor. I’ve only bought one other package from you and it came perfectly so 50/50 on tries.

I would have done all 5 stars. However one of the items i wanted the Lippie Stix box said 30% off on the front of your website. But when i added it to my cart it was still full price for like $62 or $69. That was one of the items i really wanted to get.

Hi, website was easy to navigate, but was unable to use the 10% new client that i gave my email to receive! Hopefully the product is good!

Very slow delivery

The products arrived quickly but my only complaint is that my BittixColourpop lip products had visible scratches on the packaging and the formula was inconsistant. I still loved the colors but some were more comfortable than others.
