Great color very proficient Great packaging

So much to see and so much fun to surf the selections.

I love the Bumble lip pencil but I can't figure out how to get the pencil to twist in order to get the color to not fall back into the tube. I keep shaking it down to get the color out but it is very frustrating. If I could get some guidance that would be most helpful!

The products were on a good deal and were exactly as advertised. The did take a little bit longer than I expected to arrive, but I love everything I ordered.

The product is great! As a dark skinned African American woman, the eyeshadow palettes are fantastic. However, the shipping took forever. Good thing I was in no hurry.

International delivery timing was reasonable; around 2 weeks. Items no longer come in a box but a cardboard envelope instead. It is less sturdy, resulting in a few squashed packaging (fortunately items were not affected). Pls use a sturdier material otherwise, bring the box back

Excellent promotions and easy to shop online. I would just reinforce communication for international shipping. It didn´t move for weeks and never showed when it arrived. Nevertheless, I got my package complete, safe and sound. Thank you Colourpop!
