My order of 2 items came late with only one of the items. I tried contacting the company- no phone number to call- they even announce that. It was like pulling teeth to get a remedy. Not until I gave them a deadline to respond (I would challenge the whole charge with Amex) did they respond(a day late). Finally got the second item but the customer service sucks.

I liked that I was notified that the item was back in stock. I was able to purchase the item immediately. The disappointing part was that delivery was noted to deliver prior to Christmas, however, the shipping didn’t update in real time and the item was delivered after Christmas. This was a gift.

I'm from Mexico and made a 30 item purchase, it took a long time to be prepared and sent, thing here is, the time I waited until receive my order was several weeks, it's always the same :(

When I first got into ColourPop, I loved the pallets but now I find that the quality does not measure up. I bought the Aurora pallette and some of the matters are not good. They don't blend well so it's not one that I'm really going to use much. I have found that with other palettes recently as well.

One of my palettes was smashed (2 colours) and one of my Kelly Much eyeshadows was dried up! Not happy.

I ordered several things for a Christmas present. I was not given one of the things I ordered. I did contact them and they sent it to me, but it did end up being a late Christmas present.

I love Colourpop because it is affordable and also the quality of makeup it is pretty good but I do not like the fact that they discontinue products like every month literally. Some of my favorite products are not even available anymore!
