The eyeliner formula must have changed a lot since my last order. It is very difficult to apply (dry, no pigment and won’t stick to my waterline) drags and doesn’t last. The rest of my order was ok but shipping took forever and prices keep increasing. I miss the old colourpop, it’s going to be a long time if I order ever again.

For the last three years, Colourpop hasn’t restocked certain shades in concealers; 158W for example; and other items. It’s like Colourpop is only really focused on eye shadow palettes which are repetitive shades at that and ridiculous collaborations every other week to justify it. It’s pretty annoying because just how many eye shadow palettes does any person need or any brand need to sell? While there are avid collectors, eye shadows shouldn’t be the only products they come out with and not even care to restock or add new base products like foundations, concealers, etc. What about SOL Cream Body Blushes to go with the SOL Body Bronzers and regular Cream Blushes… I can go on and on with ideas. Their ideas and creations shouldn’t only be towards eye shadows. I’d also like for them to start adding the shelf life after opening to their products. The only thing that keeps me a Customer is the SOL body bronzer and the makeup brushes, other than that, I’m really just over Colourpop.

Took more than a month to receive the package. Two items were missing. After putting in a complaint, a week later received an 18$ code to be used on the website. However I had to pay 10 USD for shipping to get those few items.

The SOL face and body makeup has both a chunky and runny formula (no matter how well you mix) and looks like it has gone bad. I got a replacement and the second one looked just as rancid so I concluded the problem was the formula, not the individual product I received. I also recieved a super shock shadow shattered.
